These Terms of Service explain the relationship between you and CareLabPlan when using our platform for senior insurance planning. They cover account responsibilities, service scope, paid offerings and dispute resolution. By accessing or using CareLabPlan you accept these terms and any applicable policies referenced herein.

Eligibility to use CareLabPlan

Services are available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts in Malaysia and meet specific eligibility criteria for insurance advice and purchase.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or request personalized planning services through CareLabPlan.

You agree to use CareLabPlan in compliance with applicable laws and not for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

CareLabPlan operates primarily in Malaysia. Availability of products may vary by jurisdiction and local regulatory requirements; some services may not be accessible outside Malaysia.

Account terms

An account allows access to personalized planning tools, document storage and communications with advisors. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding account credentials.

Provide truthful and complete information when registering and when submitting documents for insurance planning. Incorrect or misleading information can affect the suitability of advice.

Protect your login credentials and notify CareLabPlan immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ security measures, but you must take reasonable steps to secure your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is discouraged and may result in restricted access or closure of the account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately so we can secure the account and take appropriate steps to protect your data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or compliance risk. Suspension may limit access to certain features while issues are reviewed.

Paid services

Certain advisory services, reports and comparison tools are provided for a fee. Paid services are described at point of sale and are subject to these terms and any service-specific agreements.

Prices are listed in applicable communications and include applicable fees. Pricing may vary based on the scope of advice, document preparation and time required to complete planning work.

Payments may be accepted by card, bank transfer or approved payment partners. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Subscription plans, if offered, will renew automatically at the stated intervals until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through your account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the service delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a paid service, contact CareLabPlan support to discuss resolution options.

You may cancel paid services or subscriptions according to the cancellation terms provided at purchase. Cancellations do not always entitle you to a refund for services already performed.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to fees charged for paid services. We will apply taxes as required by Malaysian law where applicable.

CareLabPlan may adjust prices for paid services. Existing subscriptions will be notified in advance of material price changes before the next billing cycle.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to paid features until outstanding balances are settled.
